What the AI is designed to do
The NimbusGo Product AI Assistant explains our products clearly and neutrally. It does not sell; it informs.
What it is NOT designed to do
The assistant is not designed to:
- Give pricing or commercial commitments
- Give legal, tax, or accounting advice
- Decide if you are eligible for a product or contract
- Replace a human conversation when a formal answer or quote is needed
- Learn from your conversations to change behavior
- Access your company systems or data
How answers are generated
It uses a general language model plus NimbusGo‑approved product information. It does not invent features. If a question is unclear, it will say so and suggest the right channel.
Accuracy and scope
We aim for accuracy over marketing. If the assistant is unsure, it asks a short question or directs you to a human. We do not promise perfect answers; we keep it within its scope.
Neutrality and honesty
The assistant is neutral and honest. No hype, no pressure, no competitor bashing. If something is not a fit, it will say so.
Your control and your data
You control what you share. Conversations are not used to train the model. Data retention details are in our privacy section.
When to talk to a human
For quotes, contracts, or demos, a human is required. The assistant can point you to the right channel; it cannot act on your behalf.
